- User Management - This video explains the different options and security settings available when creating a new user in the professional edition.
- Technician Time Tracking and Monthly Reports - This video explains how to use the technician time tracking option and how to generate monthly reports from the time entered.
- GuestKey - This is a Pro only feature, here you can see an example of the GuestKey feature, available since version 0.1.9. The GuestKey is an optionally generated 15 digit numeric key which is used in combination with the Ticket ID to allow your customers access to the current ticket status
- Customer Details Forms - This is a Pro only feature, you can create as many customer specific tickets as you want. Save alarm and gate codes in their separate form or save them all one. The video demonstrates the creation of multiple customer forms and how to customize the forms via the control panel. Next time your tech will know to whistle three times before entering Mr. Simpson's house to disarm the attack dog ;)
- Update Prices (no sound) - This video demonstrates the use of the Control Panel to update all prices used by the system. The Control Panel can also be used to update your business address and check-in disclaimer.
- Create New Ticket with New Customer (no sound) - This video shows the necessary steps to create a new ticket for a new customer.
